  • General Refunds: Refunds are available for canceled event tickets and defective products. Customers must request refunds within 30 days of purchase.

  • Event-Specific Refunds: All sales for event tickets are final unless the event is canceled. If an event is postponed, customers will receive credit for another date.

  • Non-Refundable Items: All event sales are final unless the event is canceled. No refunds are given for same-day cancellations, unused equipment, or items already loaded or delivered.

  • Family-Friendly Environment: While our brewery offers a family-friendly atmosphere open to all ages, the purchase and consumption of alcohol are strictly limited to those 21 and over.


5. Event Booking and Policies

  • Types of Events: Guilford Hall Brewery hosts a variety of events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and networking events.

  • Booking Policy: To secure a booking, clients must pay a 50% deposit of the total event cost. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event date.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made after 4:00 p.m. on the day a reservation is placed will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for same-day cancellations or for unused equipment or services.

  • Event Guidelines: We prohibit hanging items on walls, using glitter or confetti, and any flammable or pyrotechnic materials. All candles must be contained in a vase or similar container.
